Empowerment Through Resilience
Vision
REACH Support Services Ltd aims to empower children to build emotional resilience, enhance their wellbeing, and thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Mission
To provide flexible, trauma-informed support and coaching that nurtures the emotional wellbeing and educational development of children and young people, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Who We Are
We are a service that empowers young people and children to build resilience and thrive.
We deliver a whole-child support approach, tailored to promote resilient, thriving young lives, even before specialist services like CAMHS become relevant. This means more than just prevention: it’s about nurturing each child’s strengths and wellbeing from the start, so they can flourish emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
Our sessions are grounded in evidence-based practices that build emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and coping strategies, laying the foundations for long-term mental wellbeing.

One to One Resilience Coaching
1:1 sessions are designed to provide personalised, trauma-informed support in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment. Each session is tailored to the individual needs of the child or young person and may take place in a school, community space, or other agreed location, usually lasting between 45 -60 minutes.

Child or Adult Workshops
Workshops are interactive, engaging group sessions designed to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal development in children and young people. Workshops typically run for 60–90 minutes and are delivered in school settings, community venues, or as part of themed wellbeing days.

Group Sessions
Each group typically includes 4–8 participants of a similar age or need and runs for around 60 minutes. Sessions are structured around key themes such as emotional regulation, teamwork, confidence, peer relationships, or communication.

Partnerships
We believe that meaningful collaboration is key to delivering effective, long-lasting support for children and young people. By working in partnership with schools, multi-agency teams, local authorities, charities, and community organisations, we are able to widen access to our trauma-informed services and reach those who may otherwise go unsupported.
